This video was inspired by William Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice. I needed to remember all the important plot lines of the story, so I created this video to help. Enjoy!

Plot Summary- The Merchant of Venice:
Bassanio wants Portia.
Bassanio needs money to marry Portia.
Bassanio goes to Antonio.
Bassanio asks Antonio for money.
Antonio doesn't have cash.
Lame.
Antonio says he'll credit the money.
Antonio has good credit
Antonio is a Christian Merchant in Venice.
Shylock is a Jewish moneylender.
Shylock has cash.
Antonio doesn't charge interest.
Shylock hates Antonio.
Because he's Christian.
Antonio hates Shylock.
Because he's Jewish.
Bassanio wants Portia.
Bassanio still needs money.
Antonio and Bassanio go to Shylock to get the money.
Shylock agrees to give the money as an enemy.
Shylock names his conditions.
Antonio agrees to contract of a pound of flesh if contract is breached.
Suitors try to win Portia's box game.
Portia is scared about who will win.
She complains to Nerissa.
Nerissa is nervous too.
The first suitor fails miserably.
Another suitor fails miserably.
Bassanio wisely chooses the lead casket.
Bassanio gets Portia.
Gratiano gets Nerissa.
Portia gives a ring to Bassanio.
Nerissa gives a ring to Gratiano.
The lead casket is correct.
Antonio's ships are thought to have been lost at sea.
Jessica is Shylock's Daughter.
Jessica loves Lorenzo.
Lorenzo loves Jessica.
Woo.
Jessica decides to cross dress and escape with Lorenzo.
Gratiano and others help.
Jessica and Lorenzo elope.
Shylock is angered.
A lot.
Shylock goes crazy.
Shylock takes it out on Antonio.
Antonio's pound of flesh is due.
Bassanio asks for Portia's help.
Gratiano and Bassanio go to save Antonio in court.
Portia isn't allowed to pay the debt.
Shylock is evil.
Oh no.
Portia and Nerissa decide to cross dress as lawyers.
Antonio is brought to trial.
Portia and Nerissa arrive as lawyers.
What's with the cross dressing?
Shylock only wants Antonio's flesh.
Portia urges Shylock to spare Antonio.
Shylock is evil.
Oh no.
Portia changes the game.
Shylock can take a pound of flesh but no blood.
Shylock will go to prison if Antonio's blood is shed.
Antonio is a Christian.
Shylock could be killed for harming a Christian.
Portia makes a deal.
She gives Lorenzo and Jessica all of Shylock's property when he dies.
Shylock accepts the deal.
Shylock is evil.
Oh no.
Shylock is finished.
Goodbye Shylock.
The disguised Portia and Nerissa ask Bassanio and Gratiano for thier rings as thanks. Bassanio refuses.
Gratiano refuses.
Portia and Nerissa leave and race home before their husbands.
Jessica and Lorenzo were keeping up Portia's estate.
Bassanio and Gratiano decide to send the rings to the lawyers anyway.
Bassanio and Gratiano return home.
Portia and Nerissa are mad the men gave away their rings
Portia reveals the truth
Portia and Bassanio.
Happily ever after.
Yay.
Gratiano and Nerissa.
Happily ever after.
Yay.
Jessica and Lorenzo.
Happily ever after.
Antonio's ships were not lost at sea.
Antonio and Himself.
Yay.
Happily ever after.
Shylock is evil.
Oh no.
