can't you just shoot when the laser part miss you 3 times? if yes, this fight is really ridiculous...

@MrCoussin It's possible, but it's too risky because it takes a few seconds to charge up and another second after you shoot before you can move again. So it makes dodging the red bullet bills that come next really hard.

Not nearly as cool as 4's boss. That one was a platformer type game.

If anyone's wondering, this wasn't supposed to be like an epic final battle. it's a Mario Party game, so it's not exactly an action-packed adventure. Just Bowser tryin to ruin peoples' fun.
