Created for educational purposes only by members of Southwest Collie Rescue, a non-profit multi-state organization whose members are dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of neglected, abused, or abandoned collies. The work done by collie volunteers includes home visits, transportation of dogs, foster home placements, application review. grooming, vetting, socialization, and training. Videos are created for educational purposes, to help answer questions, and to provide information to those interested in learning more about the breed. SWCR is a 501(c)3 non-profit group.

I have a rescued smoothie from the Deltona area - I love him to pieces.

I have a tri color. I absolutely love him. We live in military housing due to my husband being in the Navy and we are consistenly asked if he is a MWD Military Working Dog). We have to tell them, "This dog has never worked a day in his life!" I have never met anyone who has ever seen one before. I am always approached by people telling me how beautiful he is and asking me what he is.
