I am still busy on to make it better, but you have to now that every metal have a erosion freqentie and that the proces work only if you have the right paramets, Volt amp gap freqentie, cutting speed and wire speed also the condition of the water.

Hello, I'm building a edm, with pic, pwm and a power stage with IGBT, my supply voltage is 75 VDC with a frequency of 1 kHz to 25 kHz with Variable Duty Cycle, I have in series with circuit 3 x 500W halogen lamp to get three but I can not get a good spark. could you give me some advice. Thank you.
