What kind of transformer did you use to create the 15,000 Volts? (I'm assuming you stepped 120 VAC up to 15,000 VAC with a transformer)

That's not too bad, then. Oh, and another question: do these neon sign transformers put out 15,000 VAC at 60 Hz like in the mains or at a much higher frequency, like a flyback transformer?
