GIANT JEWFISH OR GOLIATH GROUPER

GIANT 400 POUND GOLIATH GROUPER OR JEWFISH. This is a video of a Giant "Goliath Grouper" or "Jewfish" from the Dry Tortugas. Not many people venture this far offshore from Key West, but I come out here in my Boston Whaler 305 Conquest and spend a week at a time catching giant fish. I prowl the waters off Key West on the "RED WHALE" my 305 Boston Whaler 305 Conquest with T-250 Verado outboards. We are in search of Giant Amberjack, Mahi-Mahi, Blackfin Tuna and more!

maybe your jewfish is different from our jew fish. in the US, the goliath grouper is also known as a jewfish.

By the look of the bottom and the background noise I would have to believe that you were in the Dry Tortugas. The Jewfish there love to hang under boats.
