Evelyn Abad- 8'6" Pole vaulting MVAL Championship

Here is a clip of me clearing 8 feet and 6 inches at the MVAL championship for Varsity at James Logan High school. May 13,2011....made it to NCS, regionals =D....I'm only like 5 feet tall xP...well, 5'2"

...and yes, I skateboard too! I'm a skater girl and pole vaulter =D

Definitely a better vault then what you usually do, Evelyn :) Just gotta work on keeping that lower arm straight at take off and then the rest will follow shortly. And by shortly I mean by Saturday.

@shotgunboy2007 ahahaha, Thankssss Patrick =D! and yessss, I do xP I'll work on that so Saturday I can get 9'6" at NCS =D LOLOL. thanks for the comment, I knew it was you xD....but, omg you should see the vid of me trying 9'...the pole bent like crazy and my form/plant was way better than this but, I didn't clear it =(

@rawrxrawr9 well, I like don't have a coach and this is my second year doing it. and last year I didn't have a coach either xP so yeahhhhhhh....but I still made regionals hahaha
