Great videos from CREMA! I just got a German made hand crank burr grinder. Something very rewarding about hand grinding and hand pressing coffee. Thanks for the post!

Great video!I've been exclusively french pressing at home for...I don't know, maybe five years. I don't measure the coffee anymore and I don't even really use a timer. A lot of what people think is good coffee is what they personally get used to, but I get a lot of comments on the quality of my coffee and a lot of questions regarding the french press, so I take that as a compliment and the fact that pressing must be fairly forgiving on the details.

Great job on the video. Even though I've been making french press at home for a couple of years, there were still a few things that I learned.
Thank you!
Fresh roasted coffee is hard to come by, I mean you can roast em' a 2nd time after you buy them in the supermarket or online. Grandma used to grow them, pluck them, put them on top of sack cloth to dry under the sun. Then reeaally roast them in a big black pot. Then the handgrinder was our jobs. The milk came from "Estrella" our mango eating cow. That coffee, I will never taste again
