Ok, they were all screaming to be in the bathroom, and then seemed fairly calm at this moment in time.
You can't reallly see in the video, but Bowie's ring is starting to grow! Hazel has an obsession with preening other birds. She hasn't given up yet.
I think though....smokey needs to have lessons on how to preen........

  • @foreverbudgie I have my friends and family take care of them :)

  • I'm glad to see that Indian Ringnecks aren't much bigger than fancy green cheeks. My husband and I have a yellow bellied conure and are thinking of getting another bird, and we both really like the looks and sound of ringnecks but we didn't want one if it was so bird I would constantly be worried about potential harm to my conure. Obviously they would always be supervised together but still, the size difference was a big issue for me getting one.

  • @emeraldscales well the indian ringnecks are a bit more flighty I find...totally different personalities than the conures. depends on the individual birds, but Bowie is afraid of all the other birds. he screams like an old lady when hazel tries to preen him.

  • @jxh0703 can your conure talk? i just got a 4 month old black capped conure and i dont know if she will talk or not, shes very sweet and very tame, she chirps when im not in the room and always wants to come out when she hears me, ive been repeating hello whenever i walk in the room, but im not sure if they can talk, or how to teach them.

  • @jpkrute my conure can say a few words, but they aren't very clear uz their voices sound gravely right..just have to listen for the same phrase you say. they tend to pick up the consanant sounds with "s, t, sh, k" in it...

  • Okay, so, I have 2 budgies, 2 cocktails, 1 conure, 1 parrot, and i just got a Pineapple Conure. I LOVE my Pineapple. His name is Boobo and he is just a complete LOVEBUG <3 :)

  • @JessieAshley2010 awww, that's s o cute :)) Yeah, pineapples are the best, arn't they! so loveable & they always love you back everyday :)

  • Haha, I like how Bowie just walks in front of the camera. Also your comment about him screaming like an old lady when Hazel preens him made me actually laugh out loud.

  • 1:53 oh, what's this? I appear to be in an awkward perch placement. That's ok, I'll just FLIP UPSIDE DOWN and resolve the issue.

    I love that part

  • @emeraldscales I've got 2 ringnecks and 2 conures (pyrrhura molinae molinae) In one cage and it goes well. My conures are nr. 1 in ranking and then comes the ringnecks. If my conures want to go somewhere and the ringnecks are in theire way, they have to go, but they never bite eachother. The cage is 150 * 60 * 60 cm though. I've got also 2 cockatiels in it. You only have to watch them in the beginning. (I'm not sure this works with wild birds too, mine are all handfed and so.) good luck!

  • your conure was stuck inbetween 2 bullys :(

  • what do you do with them when you go on vacation?

  • The Yellow birdy is confused..
