These videos are awesome. On a side note about the Jones/Rampage RNC, you didn't mention the fact that when Jones used his right arm underhook, he grabbed Rampage's right wrist, preventing Rampage from defending Jones' left arm from wrapping the neck...I thought it was pretty smart, because it was difficult for Rampage to defend with his left hand (same side as Jones' attacking arm), while supporting the weight of Jones on his back. Anyway, keep em coming!

I've heard you speak about The combatives course a lot in your videos but I wonder, I see all BJJ practitioners with incredible flexibility. Do I need to be as flexible as you even show in your videos as you demonstrate, or can I still be as effective at my current flexibility level and improve my flexibility with the course?
