@trashman2145 yes of course it is. squad of 6 in a falcon thats all you need theyre awesome
-
just wandering is it worth putting these guys in a 1,500 point list
-
Your math is pretty off. Use a max of 6 for fighting non-vehicles? Run up to say a Trigon, squad of gene stealers, or even worse shooting terminators/gray knights? Your 6 guys will hit with 4 on average and do 3.3 wound to the first two assuming they are out of cover, and only 2.2 wounds to the terminators(not even the shield type). And now quite annoyed, they assault and destroy your Dragons. Unless maybe people you play against only like using units of 5 maybe?

It's pronounced "Kah-Thaan". This is a reference to Lovecraft's Cthulthu.

@Parckie The reason you would use a Falcon to transport Dragons is because a Falcon is much more likely to actually survive to get the Dragons to where they need to go. Wave Serpents are easy to shoot down with STR 8 weapons whereas a Falcon with Holofields is extremely hard to take down. You take the holo-Falcon because it keeps your Dragons alive, the guns are just a bonus. As for shooting, if you take an EML and you do need to move 12 you can still fire it as a Defensive Weapon.

when isn't mwg having a grand re-opening sale???

Why would you waste a falcon to transport fire dragons. Its a waste of a weapon rofl, terrible idea. If you move 12, which you should, you will waste a weapon.
If you bring an exarch youve just wasted 20 points rofl.

Step One: Drive Wave serpent next to anything.
Step Two: Get Out
Step Three: roll 5 dice and watch it die
