i never actually thought I would ever be here saying these probably make the most powerful music I've ever seen. Out of all the bands Ive heard, this band must be one of the most original bands out there today. I love how they take rock and just put it in ambient form, something that you don't see very often, or how much he uses the amazing bowed guitar, or even the fact that they don't sing in english makes me love the band (lets me focus on just the music), this band is SERIOUSLY underrated.

One of big reason is existence of Sigur rós. I am proud of being in Iceland.

Because of them.Their music open my eyes and heart. Their music made me understand what

I love how they immediately take it down again at 07:55 and how he ends on the off note at the very end... just makes you want to listen to the whole 11:13 again.

This is one of the best examples of how music is a higher language.  To all the ones who complain for not understanding the lyrics, in ANY music, you better start learning how to understand the air.
