Sneddon is the same District Attorney from the 97' Jordie Chandler case. MJJ wrote this after the first accusations happened. Sneddon wanted a feather in his cap wether the accusations were investigated or not.

Not just tom sneddon, but the illuminati in general including tom sneddon. They tried to ruin his name since he turned on them in the early 90's due to his pro-life/planet that truly cared about us. Thats it in a nut shell

I think he was referring to Tom Sneddon during the 1993 allegations. It was written before the trial so MJ must have written it deciding he wasn't going to put up with anymore crap from him.
It's almost like a prediction referring to the upcoming trial even though MJ didn't know at the time it would happen.
