@Khammett85 that's so sad to me that someone would watch this and think that the olympics is the pinnacle of accomplishment for people with these skills.

They are in the circus because a circus stands for the complete opposite of the olimpics or a sport as such.
Circus is altruistic. Artists showing their skills in a circus want to make other people happy/ impressed/ stunned, etc. While sportsmen practicing for the olimpics and showing their skills in the competitions want to prove themselves. They want medals, prizes, etc. Insofar they´re egoistic. Short said: Sport is not an art. But circus definitly is one.
