The Interrupters Youth Media Summit

In July, Chicago area high school students came together at Columbia College Chicago for one of the first public screenings of The Interrupters. They had the opportunity to meet the filmmakers and some of the interrupters featured in the film. Students also had the opportunity to talk about their own experiences with gang violence and how they thought the documentary could best serve the community.
