  • i scrolled down to read some comments during the video and he shot and i bit my tounge. thanks youtube lol

  • @shannonmink3006 whoops! we didn't modify the audio to make it louder! Hope your tongue feels better and thanks for the view lol!

  • Hell yeah, I have some brown bear hollow points on the way. I usually stick with FMJs but I wanted to try out the hps. If I get results like that on some targets and reasonable accuracy out to 200 yards i may just stick with the HPs.

  • @richtherake ....i also believe it may been one of Wolfs "hunting rounds" which is like 156gr instead of the standard 123gr that is common for the 7.62x39. the heavier round makes quite the impact.

  • @Straight2hell01 well i shoulda known i mean come on the title is "Shooting the sks rifle".... lmbo

  • @richtherake wolf Hollow Point I believe. In the mud it does leave satisfying craters. Oooh yes. It is nice.

  • @Straight2hell01 nothing wrong with making sure it feeds right on the first round. What ammo were you using? I was impressed by the energy it delivered.

  • @richtherake Thanx for the info. Yes this was the first round ever put through this rifle so I was being careful.

  • make sure when you load that SKS that you pull back the bolt carrier and RELEASE it to load a round. The same is true for all firearms. Letting the inertia spring propel the bolt forward to chamber a round is the way to go. Nice SKS.
