  • You need to work on snatch balance and overhead squats. That will pay off after 4 weeks or so.

  • figured out what our problem is, our starting position back angle is too horizontal, needs to be angled up more

  • No, it's fine. Open up the book with all the bar paths, look at Alexeev and Zhabotinsky. My problem in that second one was not keeping my head high.

  • i cant remember if i said this before on a different video, but you upper back loses rigidity during the first pull (putting yourself at a disadvantage in the transfer and subsequently the second pull)
