  • your coach is the man. thank him for the rest of the rugby community in America. Convincing high school football coaches of rugby's worth to their teams should be priority #1.

  • We started playing rugby and I can see a improvement of going to a open hole finding that little pocket and getting through rugby is a great offseason sport for football.

  • I collected stats a couple of years ago on high school football in the Northeast. I combined the football won-lost record from all high schools that also had a rugby program (I used MaxPreps to look up the football won-lost). On a combined basis, the high schools that had a rugby program won 82% of their football games.

    I encourage other rugby people to do similar studies in their geographic areas of the US.

  • it so does i play for the australian under 19's team (I know its not a HUGE acheivment but still is one of the best positions an australian 17 year old can be in) but in the off season for gridiron im a rugby player and it helps me imensley
