Yeah you're probably right. I saw or read somewhere that he still lives in a small apartment and often sleeps at the company headquarters. Not sure if that's true.

Listening to Zuckerberg made me realise I work in a badly run company. He is right that when team are not managed and directed properly, blame and office politics set in. People need to be empowered and feel they are contributing to a strategy they believe in - none of that where I work, just disjointed divisions butting heads all the time.
...good thing I'm starting my own business, which will be a better business, and that I'll leave as it soon as it pays my living costs.

I don't think he'd care about a chair, his mind is too wired for business which is why he is successful.
