omg i have the exact same problem! i have the pc version and sometimes when i try to catch a fly ball, the guy just completely misses the catch. A lot of times, 1st baseman doesnt have his foot on the base and the frickin ground-out ball becomes safe. i'm surprised that you didn't encounter any play which outfielders randomly starts to somersault when they're chasing balls
