Thanks for the kind words. I think that sometimes people go overboard with crazy drills. This is one of the skills that I don't think needs to be over-thought!  I believe that players should practice this and become very good at the basics.

For what its worth, we usually practice this after it has rained and at EVERY ballpark we play in.

im a sophmore in highschool and i want to try out for catcher for my school team, i want to be as good as possible, so i watched all these videos and they really helped, i was just wondering also that i am very tall, im around 6,2 for a sophmore and i was just wondering if u have any tips for me, thanks!
