Are you joking. LEFT kills , tortured and violated in Soviet Union, China, N. Viet Nam, N. Korea, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Argentina, even Mexico... all shades of "left". Oh and don't forget Cuba... Democrats were briefed on these enhanced interrogation when they were introduced, and last time I checked all Obama wants to do is "move forward".
Not prosecuting torture is just as bad. Don't act like Democrats don't share any of the blame and are faultless. Top Democrats have also been briefed(i.e. Nancy Pelosi) on the NSA spying program, and the Democract controlled congress voted to give Bush Immunity from those crimes.
