Lamis of Dallas dances at Stratos Greek Taverna. First piece is a choreography written for her basics students to Habayibna Gayyin. Second piece is an improv to Elli Etmanetoh by Nawal Al Zoghbi.
Simply wonderful! Clean movements, good timing, and the tic-toc hips (I don't know what they're called) around 5:10 look almost robotic! (In a good way!) And all the while so graceful it looks like she could dance right on top of you and it would only be soothing a massage. Excellent work, Lamis! Did you choreograph it yourself? The moves look very original. : )
@andronymous31 Thanks, Andro! The first piece was an original choreography. The second was improv'ed.
