  • if you dont know how to drive offroad...stay away from it.keep it on the road.

  • @roadtrip1098 Well if the jeep had a good driver that can drive a jeep like their ment to be/ can handle it doesnt matter and jeeps win at everything

  • @roadtrip1098

Yeah, dude. The crawl ratio on Rubicons has always been something like 73.1 or 74.1. As for approach, I dunno what 23.5 means, but an H3 has a 39 DEGREE approach, and TJs have 44 for Rubicon or 42 for other models. Departure is 31 in a TJ, 40 in a JK. I get 36.5 degrees for departure on the H3. Ground clearance of the two is roughly the same, assuming the H3 has those optional 33'' tires, compared to the 30-31s on TJs? BTW, I'm not hating on your Colorado...or H3.

  • @superjimfuman Also, the Jeep does beat the H3 by about an inch of overall ground clearance, but also has a thinner wheel base, so I guess if you're talking about which would roll over faster, the Jeep definitely would win.

  • @superjimfuman Okay for one, crawl ratios H3 has a 68.9:1 ratio, your Jeep has a 43.8:1 (and that's the best that's offered). Plus when comparing break over angles 06 H3 Vs 06 Jeep You get 22.3 in a Jeep (from Jeeps owner manual), 23.5 in an H3, Approach angles are about the same (H3 is still more by .2), departure is 31.3 for Jeep and 37.0 for the H3. I don't make the facts, I just look them up. Keep hatin though.

h3 Stock vs Stock as good as a jeep? Hmm.... I'm gonna have to disagree with you there, but I'm welcome to indication otherwise? I mean, Jeeps have always had best in class or near best in class approach, breakover, and departure angles, ground clearance, and water fording. Rubicon models will have much better traction, crawl ratios, etc. So, I dunno. I'm gonna need some convincing. :D

  • fuckin gay

  • no fucking wonder this got stuck its an h2 made by gm not the original made by am general

  • @roadtrip1098 I'm not saying h3's suck either. what i don't like is that the H3 patent from AM General was sold to the Chevy plant in Louisiana before the h3's debut, and the H3 sits on a Colorado frame and rolls off the same assembly line. It is a great SUV but I dont like that they still call it a Hummer when H2 SUT's were the last model to come from Mishawaka, IN. I myself am a fan of the AMC patented inline-6 that Jeep used until 07. That motor and the versatility of a Jeep is what sold me

  • @XcapeArtist357 I bought my H3 used for just over $13k, in immaculate condition. There are also several H2's in my area below the $20k mark. As for the H1's I have seen plenty civilian ones go for mid $30k and military auctions can get you one at about half price (but you'll end up spending a lot to make it legal). I am in no way saying Jeeps suck, I've had plenty of them. I'm just saying the H3 stock vs stock is as good as any Jeep I've seen.
