Day 5 - August 18, 2008

First rehearsal with all instruments.

I was holding two cameras at once, so it is a bit shaky. Plus this was the first time ever recording this year's field show, so I didn't know what to expect (hence the sudden zooming in and out and changing direction).

HAHA Nice playing hunting wabbits for yer show , it was a great attempt at it but prehaps leaving it for the jazz season nect time. Great try though u get my vote

This is pretty good for Band Camp.  I like the jazz.

well, I think I remember him explicitly saying they were only for band members.. but I dunno. Coming to our football game on Friday? We're gonna play our opener at halftime ;D

Haha it's okay. At first, I was like, "OH CRAP AMADOR BAND COUNCIL." But.. I asked Grantham. And I already made two myself and I doubt my mom's going to let me make a third. Plus I want the official one.

I think we have less than 200 this year.

BTW, do you know how many people are in the FHS band this year?

I'm not going to lie though; we definitely needed to work on the basics but never did. A lot of the freshmen need serious help this year.

Yeah, it is kind of going around in circles for the first song. But it's okay. It gets way better. Definitely can't wait to see your show this year. Eh.. and yeah. Sorry I didn't go to your band camp. I was preoccupied with Foothill. :)

POSERS! We had a soprano sax soloist last year LOL. JK. XD the instrumentalists sound good and really together in the beginning. That's a crapload of people on the stage.

Aw this is a cute show :) quite the jazzfest. but seems to me like the drill is just a whole bunch of going around in a huge circle...

anyway, outstanding for a first day :P we always spend our first days doing marching basics all day long. hahaha. but we get to make a huge medusa head so hah!
