I've got a question:

At 1:51 you write "High Definition YT" and then save.

Does this mean that all those definitions are now saved? If so, what should I do to skip the same steps next time?

It means that you save all the settings you have set in the render box. Meaning you just have to choose that one the next time you save again.

The program is called Sony Vegas, it is written in the description of the video. It works with all kinds of video formats regardless of the fact what kind of extension it has. At least for those that I've tried out. Any other questions - pm me.
