If yo u have glasses or contacts I would suggest not wearing them . Even if your eyes can't see like an eagle, it doesn't matter! You natural body oils will adjust to your regular eyesight. Unless you want to wear glasses/contacts for the rest of your life, I would suggest adjusting to your regular vision.
