I seriously doubt that a console of any sort will ever reach the quality in graphics and sound that a PC can achieve...

@maikel3008 hi the bow is an team fortress 2 uptade. it drop randomly wheny you play tf2. just play and wait to you get it. but you can also do the achivements iff u do 10 achivements you get it. hope this help you.
