    Firstly, it was an extremely idiotic question posed by the reporter himself completely confusing the original idea behind the quote. However it was even more idiotic of our dear minister over here to not understand what the reporter was saying. The original point of the quote was that even if somewhere far away people suffer it's the states responsibility.in this situation its not just the minister but the reporter who is also at fault by trying to act smart and posing a question quite stupidly.
