does yours only play out of one side? i thought mine was faulty, baught a second since first one was from the satates and the second is the same.. no sound out the right side..

@amandakellar Mine plays out of both speakers. Check to make sure the audio you're listening to is in stereo (if it's mono, it may only play out of one speaker). Also, make sure your iPad isn't set for mono audio: go to Settings/General/Accessibility/ then under Hearing, make sure Mono Audio is switched to OFF. If none of that works, contact Apple, because it's possible the audio signal from the dock connector is faulty or incomplete. Good luck!
