Driving back to Los Angeles, a friend and I stopped at Diaz Lake (Highway 395, just south of Lone Pine, CA U.S.A.) to glance at several western birds when we witnessed Unidentified Flying Objects in the bright blue sky. Blinded by the sun, we manage to record this strange sighting on video. This unexplained mystery flew above our heads as we were looking east of the Inyo Mountains, a short mountain range east of the Sierra Nevada Mountains (by Mt. Whitney and the picturesque Alabama Hills). On March 19th, 2008 at 2:33 pm, the sky became filled with what appeared like hundreds of bright white objects grouped together in a massive formation and all moving in unison. The number of luminous objects appeared to be moving or more specifically floating very slow in perfect harmony and synchronization. Has anyone else seen something like this...? Have you ever seen anything like this...? What do you suspect? Any ideas?
