"I Buried My Wife and Danced on Top of Her" and "the Mooncoin". These were played on a 21" scale Sobell cittern. Tuning is GDAEA with a 4-course capo on the 5th, to make (G)GDAD.

Thanks for watching. My CDs can be found here:

  • Still love this video. I may be joining an acoustic trio. Where do you get a four course capo and do you use it often? I am so used to DAEAE I wonder if you've tried that or would you recommend GDAEA as the more versatile.

  • @eliasjoe : it's just a mandolin capo. Tunings are always a compromise, either more chances for opens and chording in one key or more flexible to all of them. I ended up with this tuning, but what's right for one isn't always right for others!
