1) Your generic, regulation "bitch"... They all qualified for that status - even Lizzy.

2) Your "lousy bitch"... Reserved for the slightly more forthright or devious prisoners - Bea, Chrissie Latham, etc.

3) Your "lousy, rotten, bitch"... Screws and Laggers.

4) Then there's your "lousy, rotten, stinkin', BITCH!!!" The worst of the worst. A screw or inmate, usually transferred from Barnhurst. - Vinegar Tits, The Freak, Franky, etc.
