Phillip Yancey is the one of the greatest published religious philosopher of our day (in my opinion). I actually first learned of him from another book (where the author consulted him in an interview style, it was entitled The Case for Faith), and I found his comments in that book to be quite enlightening. I then got the audio-book of Yancey's book called "The Bible Jesus Read," and was completely blown away. His books are extremely good, VERY well written, easy to understand, and insightful.

I am just finishing reading your wonderful book "What's so Amazing About Grace". I can tell you that It changed my way of dealing with many people. I saw myself as being critical of different folks when, if I wanted to be Christlike, I needed to love them unconditionaly and give them the same Grace that Christ extended to me. Thanks for waking me up and for writing a GREAT book Philip! I just loved it!
