Zoroastrianism is the religion and philosophy based on the teachings ascribed to the prophet Zoroaster (Zarathustra, Zartosht). Mazdaism is the religion that acknowledges the divine authority of Ahura Mazda, proclaimed by Zoroaster to be the one uncreated Creator of all (God).

As demonstrated by Zoroastrian creed and articles of faith, the two terms are effectively synonymous. In a declaration of the creed — the Fravarānē — the adherent states: "...I profess myself a devotee of Mazda, a follower of Zarathustra." (Yasna 12.2, 12.8)

Zoroastrianism was once the dominant religion of much of Greater Iran. As of 2007 the faith has dwindled to very small numbers; many sources suggest that it is practiced by fewer than 200,000 worldwide,[1] with its largest centers in India and Iran.

  • @musood6630, Again just because that is the oldest temple known it does not mean he was born there and again I am not saying he is not but I have not seen actual facts to confirm your belief.

Our culture has not been replaced by anyone, Greeks, Arabs, Turks and Mongols all immitated and took from our culture, we have never lost it or had it replaced, the IRI for over 30 years has tried to remove and change our culture, heritage and all Zartoshti celebrations and cannot.

  • @seanamico The oldest fire temple does exist in Balkh however the Avestas inside are missing probably due to the conquest of Alexander when Greco-Bactrian culture replaced the Persian culture. Inscriptions found on the temple as well as religious symbols and artifacts are currently held at the British Museum which confirms them as the oldest Zoroastrian findings to date. Until it can be disproven there is good evidence to support he was born in Bactria, Aryana. Zoroaster> Arabian Civilization

  • @musood6630, Buddha spread his religion in China but he was far from where he was born. I never disagreed but question it when it is told to me that it is fact.

  • muso, Problem with what you say is no proof exist and Hackhamaneshid empire did not exist and Shahnameh was written over a thousand year after his death. I did not say he was not born there but proof does not exist to substantiate your claim or anyone elses, he could have been born in todays Azerbaijan since the fire temples in this region were attached to oil that permitted them to have fire temples all year round. Fact is we accept what we want when proof does not exist.

  • @seanamico The only reason I felt compelled to tell you off was because of your denial that Zartosht was a Balkhi. If you studied history next to Iran was Aryana and that is where Zartosht came from in modern day Afghanistan. "The Avesta (both Old and Younger portions) does not mention the Achaemenids or of any West Iranian tribes such as the Medes, Persians, or even Parthians." According to the Shanameh, he died when returning to Balkh, he was murdered. As I said again, Fuck Arabs. That is all

  • @seanamico It depends on what script you use. Using the Arabic script which we both use (you can't deny that shit), you can see it in 3 ways. Darood, Dorood, or Dirood. You should go learn the writing before you get quick to critics. Most of my friends say Farsi and Salam whom are Iranian, so I guess they are ignorant? I guess the whole of Iran is ignorant then because leadera from different oppositions use the word Salam and the word Farsi when describing themselves. Accents? LOl and yourself?

  • @musood6630, I have no interest in Arab language and if you view my video on Arab influence on Iran you will see how detailed I have posted on how they have taken and learned there language from ours and how they actually started to get there influence first from Indians and then us. I have no interest to fight another Zartosht, never did but you as most Afghani insult first before talking. To hell with Islam and Arabs.

    Bedorood.

  • @musood6630, If you learn the language correctly it is Darood not dorood like a Dahati that learns the language. Your friends that still say Farsi or Salam are just ignorant ones born and raised abroad, my family does not use these words, I dont have to deny anything since I know many Afghani that repeat the same crap with horrible accent that they fool themselves thinking they speak the real language. I dont have to salvage anything fool & will not permit an idiot like you either

  • @seanamico My Bactrian ancestors used the words "Dorood" to great eachother and I use this instead of the Jewish salutation other people might love. Lol It's called Farsi, don't deny it. All my Iranian friends ask "Shoma Farsi harf mizanen". You're just trying to salvage your culture which has been infiltrated by Arabs. At least I am not in denial. I don't get the point of fighting. If you really are true to your Aryan roots than the debate ends here. All I can say is fuck Arabian faggots.

  • @musood6630, My family has never greeted anyone with Jewish hello as your kind does you ignorant peasant and it is now and has always been Parsi not Farsi or Bebsi you Arab loving fool. Please spare me your ignorant bullshit as if Afghanistan was not part of Iran and when we lost so did you retard.

Arabs invaded and took, from language, medicine, mathematics, architecture, clothing and what you see that the west has survived & got to surpass us eventually because of PISSLAM.

  • @seanamico Lol. look at you mate keep saying your "Salams" and your "Eshmes" as we see every single day by Iranians. I linguistically raped your argument and the best you could come up with was some shit from thousands of years ago. Rofl. Have you ever heard of the Greco-Bactrian empire? After Alexander finished burning your temples and looting your gold he married Princess Roshan and forged a new alliance. Keep speaking your foreign infested "FARSI" lol (the Arabs gave you that name its Parsi)

  • @musood6630, HAHAHAHAHA, or is it in fact the other way around that they took what they learned from a culture and civilization that was thousands of years older than they are with a much more sophisticated language than they could ever possibly have and I have already done this for ignorant Arabs that claimed the same BS. as you do.

  • @seanamico Want me to show you some Arab/Foreign words:

    Dari: Naam Farsi: Eshme (Arabic)

Dari: Sepaaz Guzaar Farsi: Merci (French)

    Dari: Chowkee Farsi:Sandali (Turkish)

    Dari: Paysa/Pul Farsi: Toman (Turksih)

Lol do you want me to conitnue? Or should I mention how you guys used the "eh" endings from Turkish and replaced it with the original "ah"? Or maybe the fact that you guys took the Azeri "va" and replaced it with the "wa" that was there in original Pahlawi? Keep dreaming, look at the IRI.

  • @seanamico Man che wakht gufatboodam ke Zartoshit hastam? Choro doroogh migan? Man guftaboodam ke dooste man Zardoshti hast wa mishansan ke Zardosht as Bactria amad. What kind of ignorant, retarded backward fool are you, To ablah Parsi mesleh yek beesavad menavisi va sohbat meekoni. Jakesh Dari yeki az zabaneh Indo-Irani hast. Arab haft jadeh abadeteh.

  • @seanamico You are probably the most ignorant person I have met. YOu are not Zartoshti because I have family friends who are and everyone knows that Balkh is the city of Prophets and Philosophers. Zartosht-e-Balkhi, Rumi-Balkhi, Avicenna-Balkhi etc. You are probably just one of those overly patriotic Iranians living in the West somewhere. Shoma dar Arabi sohbat mikonan. Booren sayee guftare Dari yad begeeren, ke in sohbat-e shoma wa sohbat arab yak chiz hast.

  • @musood6630, Avalan Ablah I was not talking to you and having the oldest Temple in Sistan does not automatically mean he was born there fool. I am Zartoshti you ignorant Arab parast, steal your culture jakesh. Readam be dahanet jakesh, boro kosse to bedeh bee adbaeh obnei.

  • @seanamico Are you retarded? Zardosht came from Balkh aka Bactria. The oldest Fire temple is in Balkh. Fucking Arab past. trying to steal my culture. Khake dar saret kussmadar e charsee.

  • @sharifali1, You have no idea what you are talking about. First of all Zartosht was not from Balkh, second Zartoshti are everywhere & you are not one that knows much apparently.

AllahHooly is not god but the devil, Arabs have not changed there pagan religion but just modified it with an Arab war lord named Muhammad that kept his fathers name for his god which was the old name of the pagan god of Kabba called Allah.

The nonsense is from ignorance you accept as the truth.

  • @seanamico

There is no zardoshties in afghanistan anymore... zardosht was born Balkh but aryans afghan r not zardoshti cuz they found islam, a religion from Allah or God.. Yes arabs used to burry their infant girls but it was before islam. Prophet Mohammad PBUH stopped all those nonsense.

  • ARYANA

  • english subtitles please

  • great. im agnostic, and i believe in a secular world, but i think that we, the tayiks from afghanistan, tayikistan and uzbekistan, we must remember our past. before islam, we had a great culture too. zoroastrim, buddhism, sikhism, hinduism and judaism, are part of our history.
