  • I would never recommend not washing your hands. When you choose not to wash your hands, you are possibly spreading bacteria or viruses on your hands to other people who may have weakened immune systems. Who are some people with weakened immune systems? The elderly, babies and children, people with chronic diseases, pregnant women, etc. But just because you have a strong immune system does not mean you can't get a foodborne illness. Handwashing helps protect YOU and others.

  • LMAO @ 3:56

  • not washing hands has benefits such as: strengthened immune system convenience and money savings on soap just horrible so we better cross those out

  • At 3:50, you have to let it cool down in the fridge before putting a lid on.

  • Thank you for the additional information.

  • @WellnessNews put the food as close to the cooling source as you can with out putting it under already chilled food hot air rises with that said leave the lid off if you want to cool somthing theres no point in traping in hot air

  • Great Tips, but I always thought when refrigerating hot foods one should place it on the top shelf - so the heat does not effect the foods around it. Is that a myth?
