I use to play on this beach when I was in the navy in the early 80s. We would camp there all weekend if we didn't have duty. I had some wonderful times boogie boarding the waves.

I was lucky enought to be stationed in Pearl Harbor for three years when I was in the Navy. About a month before I left the island, a few of my buddies and I ate mushrooms at Bellows beach. It was a clear night and there was a full moon. We just rested our backs up against that tree line burm and took it all in. I WILL do that I again...minus the shrooms.

I remeber clearing that beach as a kid in 1979. I was boogie boarding & grabbed what looked like a blue popped balloon, turned out it was a jellyfish, people thought I got hit by a shark & cleared the water lol. Hurt like hell.

I live in Hawaii, and this is one of my favorite beaches!! That kid looks like a BRAT! Enjoy yourself!!! Geeeesh!
