"IMO this movie is the best of all time! I avoided it as a child when it first came out in 1980-finally saw it years later!"

@grindhousejunky79 Truly a time gone by, there was a creepy atmosphere and a palpable aura of Euro horror that pervaded the entire store and universe for that matter.

@GanjaZombi2 Yeah, I remember that Wizard Video box was at my town's mom n pop video shop too,. They had sooo much crazy looking stuff in their horror/cult section that had an ever-lasting effect on me, Zombie, I Drink Your Blood, The Burning, The Headless Eyes (another great Wizard Video box), Basket Case, Maniac; that was part of the video store experience of kids back in the 80s, going to the horror section and just gawking at all that crazy, scary, intense, wonderful cover art.

I don't know what warms my tummy more - the fact that someone uploaded this, or the fact that so many people in the comment section know what they're talking about.

@WanagiAkicita No problem man. Hell here's a few more Fulic films you can check out, that I think are good. "The New York Ripper" (although this isn't a typical Fulci film. Still tons of gorre) "House By The Cemetery", "City of the Living Dead", "House of Clocks" (not his best but not bad)
Zombie and The Beyond are, definitely, his 2 best films in my opinion.

@GialloHorror I will now! Thanks for the suggestion!

@GialloHorror This was the first flick that I ever saw which featured zombies with the rotted look ( which had quite an effect on me ), .. . though I've since found out that another flick titled 'Tombs of the Blinde Dead ( which I saw much later than this )actualy featured THAT first .
Isn't this the one that had that poster of a badly decomposed living corpse with a worm in its eye? I've been trying to see that movie ever since i saw that poster. I was like I don't know 12 or 14, It was the grossest thing I couldn't take my eyes off of. I recently saw that picture on a Lucio Fulci bio that came with my Conquest dvd. The title here says Zombie (not Zombie2) by Lucio Fulci. I really hope this is it.
