  • Go look at that building at 1845 Michigan now. It's falling apart after 5 years. We are stuck with a lemon. Stay away from CMK properties.

  • CMK is terrible. Every building(1440, 1620, 1845 and the one on Franklin) have been poorly built. They don't give the builder a quality finished product. All buyers then get stuck with special assestments to fix problems that never should have been. CMK then does not lease the retail units in the building and uses the common space utilities and fails to pay the bills that the association then pays. CMK has lawsuits filed against them with the above mentioned buildings. THEY SUCK

  • What a great building. They are putting up an new building on 235 W. Van Buren. It looks amazing. Hats off to CMK!! Making Chicago more beautiful!

  • Wow just right next to this grentrify area are the projects. However, its time for change and hopefully Chicago will land the 2016 Olympics.
