Roy had a 40.5 vertical at the workouts Gay had the same. Roy just doesn't showcase it like Gay does because he doesn't have to. Gay hardly has any moves while Roy makes people look silly with his smooth moves. Don't compare Ginobli to Roy. Roy is far better.
