Increase Performance for Rift with phenom CPU's up to 40%

Upto 40% performance gains with Phenom 9500 and 9600 CPU's

This patch works on all 9500 and 9600 cpu's its been known to give fps increases for other phenoms too but i have not tried it personally, i only have the 9500

I went from 15 fps in rift to a whooping 70 fps with this fix

@titanium0909 is the disable part that increases the fps, your processor doesnt have the tlb bug "9500 9600" have the tlb bug

@TheRushfx I used the enable phenom tlb and now my rift runs at 15 fps. it wont let me use disable phemom tlb. i have a phenom 9850 BE
