  • dude wow! i can see you posted this video a long time ago, but i cant believe how far you pulled that on a tns... keep going man, get on that 4 list! mad props!

  • Did you notice after practicing your grip strength your wrists became thicker? i have thin wrists and am wondering if improving my grip strength can help me get thicker wrists.

  • @j7512 Oh, yeah, you could do that as well. That or high reps. I haven't done that, but from personal experience I can say that I feel like I've even gotten some endurance carry over from training with lower reps, high intensity. I imagine the endurance holds could only be beneficial.

  • Could`nt close it so don`t make out you did.

  • @AeacusCanti I thought to train your endurance you would just do your best to hold onto it longer?

  • @j7512 Yes, It will help overall. But you might also want to include some more endurance-based stuff as well.

I do submission grappling and I got positive comments about my grip after I was training with these for a while.

  • @jimmypete1 I'm going to assume this helps with mountain climbing and activities which requires you to hold onto things for a long time?

  • @j7512 flexor digitorum superficialis/profondus , palmer interossei muscles, lumbricles, etc. Basically grippers train muscles in the hand and deep flexor compartment of the forearm. Some extensors are activated as well such as anconeus and extensor carpi muscles.

  • hey good attempt but can i say it didnt look like you had the dogleg of the gripper facing your thumb if you did you might be able to close it also i maybe wrong it just looks like you didnt

  • You had the gripper backwards mate.

Easier if you have the handle where the spring goes straight down and not in a long bend.
