  • Open communication, great idea! I'm actually leading a conversation tonight with parents and teens about open conversation in dealing with sex, and you use lots of the same points that I've already used. The seat belt/accident analogy - not a good one. Everything else is right on! Thanks!

  • How eloquently put. I'm so impressed by this mother and her explanation on why it's not only important to inform your kids but that informing them will not in fact make them more likely to do destructive things. I think there is a direct link between unwanted pregnancies/ STD's and parents who refuse to inform their children.

  • It's impressive to see a model of honest, open communication. I hope this video gives parents confidence to talk with their kids in a supportive and direct way.
