Side lying bodyweight pushups focusing on challenging the triceps muscles. Focus on slow and controlled movement on the upward and downward portion of exercise to place the right amount of stress to the triceps muscle. Beginners 8-10 reps / Intermediate 12-20 reps / Advanced 20 and up.
