The darker skinned one (the one that sang lead in this video for about the first 38 seconds), he looks alot like the lead singer of the group Basic Black. Can anyone confirm if it is the same person or not?

I was glad to own this copy & played it like crazy,to the point that it's onmy mp3 player.
