We head to Andrew Milstead's newly opened cafe in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. Allison talks to him about his background, concept behind the cafe, what it took to open it and tips he has for others who are interested in doing the same. Then he brews up some coffee and makes us a beautiful cappuccino.

This is so inspiring!! I just started working as a barista and my dream is to open a micro roaster and quality café... It's amazing hearing that it's possible : )
