thats funny because Saddam Hussein's Baath party came into power in Iraq in 1968, and Saddam himself became the leader of Iraq in 1979 and Ronald Reagan was still governor of California then, and I am not positive but I am pretty sure that a Governor even of a big state like Cali lacks the authority to put a foreign leader into power.......
