  • The enterprise train is a loco hauled train

  • Apart from the Enterprise and Gatwick express, there aren't any locomotive-hauled trains on NIR metals much anymore.

  • 1.00 I saw "Bangor castle" At Belfast Central Just the other day! It is very clean in the video now its very old and rusty. :D

    Its in my vid lol

  • On Portrush line too!

Bone rattling train thumping rail-tastic :D

  • They are the best units left anywhere in the British Isles. The last old school diesel-electric multiple units left anywhere, and will still be running for a couple more years at least. Many happy memories of Hastings line and other SR DEMUs, which were mechanically identical. I go to Northern Ireland a couple of times a year, and always make time for a spin on these fantastic trains on the Larne line, where they still work all services. Thrash, clag, the whole super-thumping shebang!

  • Aye but still, those 150 style DMUs are pretty hellfire.

  • GAH, yet another country succumbs to the DMU plague. :o(

  • Great Video _thanks 4 sharing (5*)
