Maybe if you learned how to write properly there wouldn't be any confusion. When you write "I herd this song like a yr ago" one can take it as you've never heard it before. Nowhere in that vague sentence does it suggest you heard Lily Allen's version of it. What you should have written was "I heard her cover this song a year ago".
