@Rdnv09 It's not that simple. Athletes of Boxing caliber (with the exception of BUtterbean, lol) need their blood. A random blood test done the day before or the day of will give Mayweather a significant advantage. I mean, if Mayweather were also willing to accept being tested, with a proportionally equivalent amount of blood for testing, then that makes sense. They would both be weakened. But, it's not a match worth watching. Good on Pacquaio to refuse.

But pac still refused the random testing. He did not refuse the drug test. He refused the RANDOM test. He thought random test would weaken him. You can blame him or call him ignorant if you want but he's saying that based on experience (first fight with Morales). Im a fan of floyd and pac. But Im also a fan of justice and righteousness. So here's a piece of reasoning as an attempt to solve the steroid issue. Let's say I put myself in Pac's shoes. I am Pac. Floyd challenged me to undergo random testing because he's accusing me that Im on roids. Now, will i refuse that? Of course not! I'll be so stupid to refuse! I know that the first thing that Floyd will think if I refuse is im on roids. And not only floyd, the whole world! and that include my fans!
